Picasa Downloader is easy to use application that will allow you to download multiple web albums of a selected Picasa user with only a few clicks and without Picasa being installed.

You can download anyone’s public web albums. Just enter the Picasa Username and click on “List” button.

Within seconds all the available Public albums of the particular user will get listed. Select the albums and click on “Download” button. Please note that private albums can’t be downloaded.
