To prevent data loss in case of sudden power off, due to low battery, the software will notify with an alarm. Data loss is also possible due to bad disk drive. To prevent this, LAlarm will notify when disk drive needs to be repaired or replaced.

In case laptop is used in an unknown place i.e. beyond the user limit, LAlarm will emit a loud sound and is capable to notify through SMS or email.
