LAlarm is free laptop alarm software, which will emit a loud alarm sound when a laptop is stolen. All the sensitive data can be destroyed immediately or recovered and transferred to Gmail account depending on your preference.

To prevent data loss in case of sudden power off, due to low battery, the software will notify with an alarm. Data loss is also possible due to bad disk drive. To prevent this, LAlarm will notify when disk drive needs to be repaired or replaced.
