DeskTube is a free desktop application which will give instant view / access to YouTube Videos right from the desktop.
With DeskTube you can search video, add comments, copy video URL, copy embed code, view video information and find related videos.
While minimizing the DeskTube window the video will stop playing. To get rid of this, go to ‘Settings’, select ‘Keep DeskTube active when out of focus’ option and click on Apply. The video will continue playing even when the program window is minimized.
