· 250 g cherry tomatoes or other small tomatoes;

· 1 tablespoon olive oil
· salt to taste;
· ground black pepper - to taste;
· 8 slices of bread
· 1 tablespoon butter
· 150 g of hard cheese;
· a few sprigs of basil.
Cut the tomatoes in half and toss them with the garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper, passed through a press. Arrange the vegetables in one layer on a baking sheet. Bake at 190 ° C for about 25 minutes.
Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread. Place grated cheese, baked tomatoes and basil leave on half of the bread on the side where there is no butter.
Cover with the rest of the bread. Fry the sandwiches in a hot skillet in batches. The bread should brown on both sides.
Peanut Butter Banana Sandwich
· 6 slices of bread;

· 6 tablespoons peanut butter
· 1-2 ripe bananas.
